For transport good location nr metro .needs serious updating..pool not avaliable. Dining not available..lacks basics. Maintenance poor. Price cheap i guess .

Eureka Hotel is the best hotel
Abul was so nice to helping us out with everything we needed and the services we had provided to us was above expectations. And got us to our destination and more importantly the staff service that we needed was excellent. I would like to recommend this hotel and more likely to stay again if we are going back to Dubai

Not a hotel, its a wedding venue with loud music.
I stayed for two nights recently and I must say that this place is disappointing because on both nights there were wedding functions inside the hotel that were extremely loud with music/dj. I was first at the third floor and I was unable to sleep because the beats were too high. Second night on floor 6th, slightly better, but another wedding and very, very loud until 4AM at night. I strongly recommend anyone to stay there. Its not a hotel. Its a club.

Great accessibility via the metro, good facilities and shopping nearby. The club can get very noisy, but not an issue on the upper floors (5-6-7). WiFi is very reliable, fast and free with one for all floors of the building.

The property was very dirty. Carpets smelled of urine in hallway. TV was from 80s, no clarity. Dining hall was dirty small and dark and totally un-inviting. Staff was ok but managing very poorly. I will never stay with OYO group and advise the same to people.

It’s realy terrible place with very low quality service and staff Leaking toiled rust and mud in the bathroom make you vomiting When you get the entry of the building is a smell like an Indian cuisine

I like that a budget hotel is situated in middle of city with minimum clubs noise The uniqueness is that you wont find people other than family you find a decent environment The thing i hate that they do not have a fixed price policy with every customer

Good Hotel
Nice place close to the metro station ...good services ...room was ok as well...they are saying 2 star but i think you can categorize this hotel as 3 star. The room was daily cleaned and amenities were all working except for the room safe. The noise of the nightclub was there but much lower in the higher floors eg 6th floor. Wifi was excellent . Overall a pleasant place to stay.

VERY RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFFS. Hotel denied room for my stay, stating no rooms available. What is the purpose of early booking? Decided not to book in this group of hotels in future even if they offer for free. Will be left in the road if arrived with the luggage - leading to stress and worries. I travelled almost half the globe never experienced these kind of worst hospitality. Presently i am in Malaysia staying in a hotel, next year i may visit Dubai but the worst experience from this hotel never go out of my mind.

Very Good Hotel
First of all I would like to thank Hotel.com to help me to find hotel in Dubai. Oyo Eureka Hotel. A very nice hotel specially the location. Just 2 mins walking distance from Al Rigga metro station. Hotel service their employees are very nice. Me and my wife wants to thank Eureka hotel every employee for their nice hospitality and service. We stayed 10 days there for our last UAE tour. Many thanks to Eureka all employees once again. Cheers guys!!!

Don’t stay here
This place is much worse than in pictures. It is dirty, staff are are not friendly at all, and receptionist was a liar (said only have one room available and bathtub was moldy, but once we said we will not stay here, they took us to other rooms which honestly weren’t much better)…found long hairs in bedsheets, rooms have a very smell and there is loud music every single night until 3 am. This place definitely needs to upgrade/renovate or do something as I definitely would never recommend this hotel or ever stay here again.

Pro... - Modest price - two small supermarkets very close - good mattress - two ways of locking door, plus eyehole - room safe - I like the 1960s furniture, reminds me of my favourite bar-hotel in Kuala Lumpur - very good lighting - window - my tub had a disabled safety bar - laminate hardwood floor - bum gun - WC mirror big enough to see yourself shaving in bathtub (though it would not do as an entertainment reflection - there is one opposite the bed that would suffice in a pinch) Con.. - nothing of significance... two hangers are not really enough, and I hate these designed as if they think you will steal them; Bath tub is a bit small; first room assigned reeked of cheap fresh paint so having gotten terribly sick from this once in India, I was reassigned to #507. I had to think hard of anything wrong with this second room. Very acceptable. Neutral - if you don't ask cleaner does not offer to change your sheets and clean room. You could go for weeks? - there were 5 small irregularities in my room (one non-functioning lamp, for example) which the cleaner happily corrected. Don't expect perfection at this price. The one fault that I didn't even point out was that the mini-fridge is missing one leg - Swimming pool on rooftop is protected from sun but rather dark and certainly very small. Consider it a non-hot hot tub - bar on premises is perhaps a 'rendezvous' joint

Number one Reseption Exselent 2 man They did good job try to me give fast rooms which I got it. But only problem no work phone in side room . I mean no conection room to room . And no conection to the reseotion. Over all GRET
