Didn't really feel safe at this hotel if I am going to be honest. I think it was because there was only one security guard in the building and that the front desk was in the hotel next store. The room was cleanish overall. The in the bathroom the shampoo and body wash bottles were half used and made the whole experience just feel dirty. This hotel was a really good deal on a weekend when hotel prices in the rest of Dubai were MUCH higher. So I think you get what you pay for. I would maybe stay here again if I wasn't alone and looking to save some money.

The worst experience EVER!
It was the worst experience ever. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children which was confirmed but only found 1 double bed. We asked for the extra 2 single beds for the kids and was told it would be an extra charge of 100 AED each?? The manager in charge (Armagan) was very rude and unprofessional. He told us if we don't like we can leave, baring in mind it was very late at night, past 11pm. The dinner at the restaurant was terrible. The quality of food very poor and took over 1 hour to be served whilst the restaurant was empty. The room was dirty with carpets heavily stained. Very disappointing experience. I have been in Dubai for many years and I have never experienced such a bad staying and treatment by the manager in charge. I spent about 800 AED for 1 night plus the dinner. I am very disappointed and been cheated big time. I request that you take note of this and do something about it. Look forward to hearing from you.

All around excellent
From the moment I arrived I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. The staff were attentive and my comfort was clearly important to them. The hotel has a fantastic array of facilities and is the perfect place to locate yourself in Dubai for business trips. A car or Careem required for trips to the places you're likely to desire to visit, but the value of the hotel mitigates the cost of this need.

Great hotel but a big problem with the service
The hotel is very nice! New, clean, and gorgeous. But because it's two buildings there is a problem with the communication. Anything you ask for (towels/slippers/etc) you need to wait for that for 1-3 hours. The reception is barely answering calls. So I would say the hotel itself is amazing but the service is improvement required

Good hotel in business district. Room booked for 3 people, disappointing on arrival to find a room for 2. An additional bed was provided but not ideal for an adult to be sleeping on for 5 nights. Air con was a little cold for us and you are unable to change temp yourself. Despite these minor issues it was still a lovely hotel and overall good service. I would stay again

-Location is terrible and the road noise is annoying. -Breakfast is poor, dinner menu is very limited and quality of food is awful. -One of two bar was open. The sports bar has large TVs but the management of the hotel allows guests to smoke inside the bar (which is against the law I believe), so I could not stay at the bar for long. Overall experience is very poor.

The cold station is composed by salad, salami, cheese, hummus, labneh, cereals, assorted bakery, flavored yogurts, fresh fruits and different kind of breads. On the other hand, in our hot section you can enjoy baked beans, porridge, chicken sausages, boiled or scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc. Other dishes are made upon request by our Chef, available in the live kitchen area, in order to guarantee freshness and quality. However we shall analyze your comments to keep improving accordingly. Regarding our Sports Bar, it is the only place in our Hotel where it is allowed to smoke and of course we have license for that. I like most the suite room they assigned to me. upgraded. What i dont like my breakfast buffet all plates display are empty no food display in the counter they cannot accomodate more guest in the restaurant. But all in all service are good.

Catalogue of service errors
New hotel, with reasonable furnishing and decent facilities, particularly for the price of the hotel. However, I encountered several issues over the duration of my stay. Indeed, I actually checked out early because it had become a little bit of a joke. In order: 1. Check-in at around 10pm took over 45 minutes. Apparently this was due to moving two twin beds into a double. In the end, the hotel receptionist as so embarrassed he switched rooms. So good corrective action but 45 minutes.... really! 2. Room service was below par due to confusion over how payment would be made. You have to deposit money at check-in to be used for food / drinks etc at the hotel. After checking over the phone that payment would come from the deposit, I was then requested to pay by card on delivery of the food. What ensued was an argument between myself and the room attendant, and then reception. Both these items were discussed with the hotel mid-trip and complimentary items were provided which is fine. However, other issues cropped up. 3. Overcharged AED 300 at the bar after friend left earlier payment on his card. Error noticed day after and friend's transaction voided. 4. Iron delivered to the room that did not work. How hard to test first? 5. Nobody collected my suit for dry cleaning after I phoned reception at 8am one morning and completed the paperwork. Even room service turned up and left the suit there. So overall, a negative stay.

The staff were fantastic and really made us feel welcome. We were able to check in much earlier than expected and even managed to add another person on to our booking on the day with no additional cost. The rooms were big and clean, with a mini-fridge and free water, vanity kit and toiletries provided. The safe in one of our rooms was broken, but wasn’t a big deal to us. Breakfast was lovely, with a cooking station for made to order eggs and pancakes. The wait staff could not do enough for us each morning and got to know our orders well :) The gym and swimming pool were in the other building, as is the library, which has an Internet cafe type area. There were maybe 12 or so loungers by the pool and we always managed a seat, though the hotel was quiet during our stay. Negatives: taxi and Uber drivers struggled to locate the hotel. There are some roadworks which make accessing the property difficult even when you do manage to find it. This drove our travel costs up quite a bit. It’s about 20-30 mins from main tourist areas and the area itself isn’t well developed yet. Having said that, the local shopping centre is about 5-10 mins away and has some great shops and a supermarket. Only other negative point is hotel staff should not have allowed a taxi driver to argue with us for cancelling the booking when he took over 40 mins to arrive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but I probably wouldn’t stay again just because it’s so far out from everything.

Amazing place with great staff
The hotel is located in an area that is being developed. It has no public transport nearby so have to rely on taxi or private car. Hotel has limited shuttle service to Marina from where you can connect to other places. However, if you don't really need to be in downtown Dubai or other places this hotel is a gem! Very mixed group of staff from different countries is a big asset. The breakfast has limited choices in comparison to the large spreads other hotels out out. But in my opinion less means more in terms of quality and freshness and less food wastage. I just hope the management will invest in another coffee machine soon as it will speed getting coffee when the breakfast period is busy. However, the coffee is delicious! I did have evening meals and buffet. It is a bit repetitive if you stay for many days but the staff will offer choices from the a la carte menu. I just wish they would expand on their vegetarian options. The desserts are delicious. I can't comment on the sports bar.. Rooftop bar and the swimming pool as I did not have chance to enjoy during this stay. But I have no doubt.. they must be equally impressive.

Room was nice and comfy. I didnt like that the Suite didnt have a microwave or 1 U.S. cable station.

Very bad check in experience, it turns out the large Suite I booked had shower leakage!, took them 2 hours to relocate me to another suite! Very bad

I've written a review about this hotel after my first stay beginning of November 2018. Last week (December 2018) was my second stay the first time was so excellent I really wanted to stay a second time. This visit was a little different than the first. The facilities, staff, cleanliness, restaurant etc were all excellent, difficult to fault and well worth the stay. However, I learnt something on this visit...DO NOT get a room on the "road-side" of the hotel! Regrettably, the noise from the road, if you have a room on that side of the building, is bad. The noise level is a point that is disturbing and worse it is consistent with barely any let up through the night. A real shame as it took the edge off my stay. To be fair to the hotel I believe they would have moved me to another room if I had asked but arriving 02:00hrs off a long flight I didn't fancy the upheaval of a room change. At checkout when I mentioned it they took my name and said they'd make sure I didn't have a "road-side" room again on future visits. I write this review as an advisory not a "don't stay here". I will use this hotel again as other than "road-side" room noise level it is excellent!
