Convenient location for Dubai. Very reasonable rates. Plenty of parking. Views are disappearing with more and more construction of the area. Quite busy. Fabulous pub and restaurant. Food is excellent. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there’s a costa coffee inside the hotel as well. Third time we’ve stayed here and this time big issues with their fire alarms shocking us at 4 am for two days running. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The staff’s attitude towards their guests is very unique. They’re very respectful, polite, helpful and always ready to help. The kitchen staff’s were very helpful especially Rose. I’m glad we booked Premier in Jaddaf. The restaurants were great and all walkable. The ATM across Hilton was also another great place for us to withdraw cash when needed. Overall we had a great experienced at the hotel. Will definitely recommend. The reviews I saw online were true

The hotel is good and the front desk staff outstanding, the coffee shop staff’s a little racist and condescending, they not customer friendly and maybe because I am black. Overall a ok stay if you just ignore the restaurant and coffee shop.

Great value for money. Paid no more than £30 a night. Which is far cheaper than UK premier inns. Staff very friendly. Room was huge. Bathroom large. They have a rooftop pool and a nice gym with a smith machine. Location is a bit inconvenient. Unless you want to walk to the metro then you have to get ubers or taxis. 24hr supermarket close by. Room service was very fairly priced and excellent quality for food. Much cheaper than delivery apps! Bed is absolutely massive. Expect all you get from a UK premier inn, just bigger and better. Great value for money. Free daily water bottles and tea/coffee. Good in room AC control.
