What a gem this hotel is! Excellent staff whose customer service skills are outstanding. It’s well maintained & well located for the airport & the rooms are basic but provide everything you need. It’s a bonus that there is a nice rooftop pool. Great free shuttle service every half hour to & from the airport & free shuttles to shopping malls including the Dubai Mall - the drivers are all friendly & helpful. The in-house pub Mr Toads is excellent & very good value for money offering a nice menu - portion sizes are generous! There is also Nuevo restaurant & a pleasant little Costa coffee shop. The hotel had some good deals on food well worth taking advantage of. It’s unbelievable the price we paid for the service we received & I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
