I AM truly amazed at the beautiful historical ship Queen Elizabeth II. From the moment you walk in to the reception to the last day you leave the ship you’re in awe of the history and even spirits present on this ship. The customer service is superb and the staff are very kind and helpful. The ambiance of the actual ship is breathtaking and you also feel the ship lag … when I was on this ship Dubai experienced the largest flood of its history and so the ship felt amazing and mysterious in the storm and yet extremely safe thank YOU and will recommend it to my friends and family

This is a very unique and historical hotel. A museum as much as a hotel. Lido restaurant great for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms a bit dated and in need of a freshen up but still pleasant. Bed was amazing!!!

In terms of facilities it was sufficient however getting into town was a little challenging. The train station was a good walking distance through a construction site. The swimming pool was small and indoors it would benefit with outdoor pool. The concierge staff were fantastic.
