From day one stay at the Radisson Beach on the Palm was lovely, staff were friendly, no hassle checking in, whenever we call room service staff always polite and always provided great customer service. I had an amazing experience at the Raddison. The location and beach resort are absolutely superb — a clean, relaxing environment with excellent facilities. I want to give special thanks and utmost respect to the security team, especially the Head of Security, Raad, Manager Hatem, and the General Manager. They responded to a situation with record speed and handled it smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. I am deeply grateful for their superb work — I was truly touched by their generosity and hospitality. This is exactly why I consider Dubai one of the safest cities in the world, thanks to its strict zero-tolerance policy and the high standards of service I’ve experienced.
