Nice hotel. 20min taxi drive from all the good locations so a good place to stay. Breakfast was good, usual buffet Staff are always happy to help, security guard was one of the nicest people ever! Wish I got his name as he was always helpful when getting taxis and when I came back after a long day Unfortunately there was one night time reception staff who was rude.luckily we only saw her the one time in our week stay. They have two pools. 8th floor one is more private do recommend going to that one early afternoon to catch the sun Leaving the hotel Dove was very helpful with getting my bags from room and taxi

Bathroom floor had beard shavings from previous guests. American style carpet in whole room. I would suggest that you would offer slippers to wear as the the carpet is far from clean. Fabric chair has seen a lot. Bed was clean and excellent.

Nice location. Easy walk to Marina. Concierge service wa great! He arranged a day tour to let us visited Many Dubai landmarks that we couldn't do by ourselves. The tour driver is very nice too.
