Happy guest here. Everyone was helpful and accomodating. They even surprised my husband with decorations and cake plus upgraded room just because it's his birthday. I really can't believe it. Room was massively huge, great view and perfect location. Walking distant to the beacb. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Couple of things that are lacking. 1. Lack of options at breakfast, especially for children and no warm milk available for small children. 2. Spa experience was terrible £85 for a full body massage which honestly was the worst ive experienced.

Overall the property was great. The size of the apartment was very large and spacious. Cleanliness was 10/10. Customer service 10/10. The only thing I’d say is that the bedside cupboards felt like they were going to break at any moment and that one tv remote was not working at all, but these are very small issues. Overall a great place to stay, I would definately recommend.

The place hotel was at is 10/10. Close to everything. Things I didnt like: Water was really hot and really hard to adjust, even after talking with them, they could not fix it. Sofa and the windows was really dirty they could at least wash it? the color of carpet, bed and other things is outdated. Otherwise good place to stay.

Semplicemente meraviglioso, posizione ottima. Molta movida, spiaggia attrezzata con parco giochi e con ombrelloni e asciugamani serviti dall'hotel idem per la piscina. Personale gentile e super disponibile noi abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in un appartamento al nono piano il personale almeno una volta al giorno ci bussava alla porta per assicurarsi che fosse tutto ok e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Vicino a tutti i servizi Ottimo per le famiglie, e vicino ai mezzi di trasporto. Ritornerò sicuramente in questa struttura la prossima volta che andrò a Dubai.

Grande appartement. Je recommande a 100%. En all pendant 2 semaines tout était vraiment top. Boissons avec eau aromatisée et jus compris. Parking sur place et localisation. Tout le personnel au petit soin, sans exception. Petit problème de bruit suite a des rénovation dans j’e chambre voisine mais tout le personnel a fait le nécessaire pour nous aider.

Virkelig skidt oplevelse. Intet i det værelse vi fik mindede om 4 stjerner eller et værelse i JBR. Vores første værelse lugtede kraftigt af mug og min kones astma som ellers var under kontrol havde store udsving. Begge børnene klagede over lugten. Min øjne kløede så snart vi kom på værelset og vores næser løb. Vægge og møbler bar tydeligt præg af slid og måske også fugtskader. Tror det var sundhedskadeligt at bo der. Personalet var søde og gode, men…. Der gik næsten to døgn fra vi klagede før vi fik nyt værelse og først valgte de blot at sende en tallerken frugt og et kort med en undskyldning uden noget tegn på de ville flytte os. Anden dag brugte de undskyldning at de havde prøvet at fange os hele dagen (vi var ude) og derfor havde de lejet vores reserve værelse ud til nogle andre. Så vi tog et ekstra døgn i mug og ubehag. Nummer to værelse vi fik var markant bedre stand og uden gener.

It was a lovely stay at Ramada at the end of January for 10 days. Stayed with my family in the duplex 2 bedroom unit (2202). Ramada is a relatively modest budget value chain and it more than met our expectations. Building and Room: Slightly dated, but well kept and clean. Our unit was also a bit dated with a bit of misty smell in the beginning, but i attributed to it not being used in a long time presuambly. Pretty decent minimalist amenities. Breakfast service which is an addon was good, with good quality and variety. Its on JBR, just a minute or so walk to the JBR public beach and all the shops and restaurants at the Walk, so that was convenient. Also has parking on the main floor, which was usedul for us given we decided to rent a car. Service: What made our stay really special was the outstanding service, starting from concierge to reception to room service and breakfast service. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job tending the needs of the guests. In particular, we were really impressed by the dedication and attention to detail by two gentlemen, Newton and Bishwas, who were responsible for cleaning our room and providing turndown service. They did an immaculate job everyday and went above and beyond. They even arranged a small cake and decorated our room for my birthday without us requesting it...that was a very personal touch and we appreciated the gesture! All in all, I would return to the hotel anytime I go back to Dubai.

The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful - no matter if it was about transport, informations ect.. We came arrived in the morning after a long flight, and they arranged a late breakfast for us, despite the official opening hour were already over. Really great service !

Our cards were charged before check-in which is terrible. The room’s bathroom was very dirty and it was stinking. They changed our room third day after constantly complaining.
