Only stayed one night as we had an early flight, but a really great hotel, with a really good sized room. Having the mall so close next to the hotel was very helpful, as it meant we didn't need to go too far for a decent meal.

I was here for 4 days. I hardly give reviews but this one was really good experience. It is best value for money hotel. I stayed in a 7 star hotel in Dubai ; it is off season but still they let me check-in only at 3 PM on excuse that room is getting ready ! But this hotel let me check-in at 12 ; even check-out at 2 and they did not complain at all. Breakfast was good; food was very very good; esp. I loved their pizzas. A pizza with coke for 35 dirhams.

The bathroom had a strange design with clashes between the entrance door and shower door. Had to request toilet paper. The swimming pool was small but a good temperature. There was a common door to an adjoining room which allowed cigarette smoke infiltration and undesirable noise.

Located in a great area in Dubai and in walking distance of many shopping areas. Excellent restaurant with good quality food against reasonable prices with a ground-floor based cafe with excellent quality pastries. Desk staff can be more open and friendly and customer oriented: the night manager radiates a very rude and emotionless attitude, which may scare of others. Another (female) desk clerk, simply answered to my question where the parking is located: " 4-rights". And she was done with me. As I am not so easily convinced by this attitude, I kept on asking to be more precise, and she finally gave in as I was not leaving the desk with an unanswered question. This is a major attribute for improvement. As I have stayed here at least 6 times, the concierge team all welcome me very friendly every time. Last time (29 Jul 2024) is stayed there again and got upgraded. The bathrooms in both rooms still need attention in terms of finishing corners (grey-blackish stain on the isolation material applied), and corners are leaking. Not bad as a hotel and still worth revisiting in the near future.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The drilling in front of the hotel made the beds sway all night. And the sink leaked all water all over the bathroom floor.
