Anlage ist sehr schon. Zimmerausstattung ist gut, leider vom Bett habe ich Rückenschmerzen gekriegt. (Matraze war durch) Manchmal Stress mit Strandtuchen Ausgaben.

Terrible, do not stay here.

The manager was really rude, forcing me to pay the booking on check in. I fell ill and had to leave 3 days early and the manager would not even have a discussion about a partial refund, focusing more on the can of pringles for 21 AED that I had from the mini bar while I needed to leave for the airport urgently.

Hotelli oli hintaansa nähden oikein hyvä, siisti ja mukava. Paljon venäläisiä. Hotellin lounasruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja hinta oli edullinen. Uima-allas ja ranta olivat siistit ja mukavat. Hyvä-hinta-laatusuhde. Alkoholia ei Sharjahin alueella myydä.

В общем,жаловаться не на что! В Этом отеле не первый раз,а, как известно, все со временем «стареет»..Заселили быстро,так как приехали ближе к 17 вечера..Заселили в бунгало..Кафельный пол,периодически пахло сыростью,окон нет,дверь на первом этаже не откроешь..зато рядом с бассейном и морем! В отеле есть бунгало,где сделан ремонт,так что селитесь либо в основное здание(номера отличные,за исключением сантехники), либо просите бунгало с ремонтом! Завтраки однообразные,но есть можно! На бесплатные автобусы всегда много народу,такси недёшево,но все же сидеть в отеле бессмысленно!!! Море,песок,солнце - бесподобны!

Повторный заезд (через 7 лет).

Отдыхали в отеле второй раз, так-что знали куда ехали. Жили в этот раз в шале. Понравилось все кроме того, что кровати были раздельные и было сыровато в номере. Кухня тоже не слишком разнообразна, 7 лет назад была лучше. Берите номера лучше без питания, тогда можно ранообразить пищу питаясь в разных ресторанах. Понравился ресторан Казань и рыбный. Находятся недалеко от отеля.Нравится бассейн и пляж.Чисто и удобно.Считаю хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую. Олег

Good value for money hotel

Overall good for the price we paid. Nice property, good beach access, pool access, some basic stuff for kids to play. Very efficient staff esp. the Filipino receptionist who checked us in. She was super efficient, very patient despite hotel being very booked and crowded for check in. However, room was not comfortable - phones were not working, TV has mainly Arabic channels, room was just cleaned before we checked in so was very damp and floor was wet. The dinner buffet was very poor quality food - tasteless, cooked using canned ingredients rather than fresh ingredients. The kids pool was very dirty because filters were not working very well and the lifeguards whom we complained to just ignored us and kept telling us that the 'almost white' water in the kids pool is actually very clean and it is the sand in the water which is making it look white. Strangely, the adults pool was very clean and had no sand at all. My advice - keep your little kids away from the kids pool and keep them in the adults pool.

Езжу в этот отель не первый раз. Второй раз самостоятельно и это дает определенные преимущества. Персонал старается угодить с номером, меняют на самый большой из возможных. В отеле НЕТ бесплатного Wifi, но видимо, всвязи с тем, что в бронировании о нем говориться - дали пароль на каждого взрослого на 3 дня. Была дорогая потеря в такси - персонал сделал все возможное(оказывается высадке пассажиров все номера такси записываются) и нам ее вернули. Бронировали в распродажу номер 2+2 на двоих взрослых с завтраками(система не давала внести ребенка в бронь, типа нет номеров) - жили в номере 2 взрослых и дети 9 лет и 2 года. Проблем не возникло, доплату не требовали. Так что денег сэкономили .

Excellent get away

The hotel was amazing exactly what I needed. I was staying in chalet and beach was only 5 metres away perfect for opening yoga and watching sunset. Excellent opportunities doing diffrent trips as dessert safari for really good price. Overall I will definetelly recommend this hotel as its perfect get away and amazing place. Staff were very polite and excellent customer service.

Rannalla oleva hotelli

Pyysimme huoneen ylimmästä kerroksesta. Hotellissa oli seitsemän kerrosta. Saimme huoneen siivestä, jossa ylin kerros oli 2. kerros, siis matalalla syvennyksessä. Huone oli kylmä, pimeä ja epäviihtyisä, aurinko ei sinne paistanut koskaan. Helmikuun alun sää oli tuulinen ja viileä eikä huoneen lämmityslaite toiminut. Hyvää hotellissa oli sen sijainti rannalla.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed the place and especially the beach. Clean water, high temp, and we felt very safe. Excellent tour to the desert. Hotel is a little worn, but gives value for money! Fantastic spa!!!!!!! For her and him.

Les plus: La plage, la piscine, le terrain de tenis, (présence du sauna et hammam appréciée mais perits et veillissants). Bon service et acceuil. Le moins: Hotel, chambres, douches correctes mais veillissant et douche à faible pression.
