Enjoyed my stay at this property. Would recommend to others! The only thing to point out is that the shower was in the middle of the room so it’s not very private, depending on who you’re traveling with. It’s a beautiful, new hotel though!

Staff were extremly kind and friendly. Both at reception and in the restaurant Sofias. The only thing to be wearly is the tour for Soulna beach, whilst its a lovely place to stay for the day it felt like selling a timeshare.

I was terrified one night when at 1 am someone made several attempts to open my door I notified the front desk immediately and was told that they will find out and get back to me asap However no one got back to me So I called the next day and asked them for the update, again was told that they will check with security and update me. Unfortunately nothing happened and no updates given. This is pathetic and I feel insecure to book this hotel again . I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel advertises beach club free shuttle actually does not exist. They won’t take you. I stayed five nights they made excuses that we do not take shuttle bus because it’s far and you have to walk 25 minutes to sister hotel maybe they will take you in there shuttle. There is sun heads the pool for 50 mins in morning. ( 8:50- 9:40 am). It’s a new hotel!!!

Ich war mit zwei Kindern dort und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel. Alle haben sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist für mich eine 10/10! Bedauerlicherweise ist Dubai momentan eine einzige große Baustelle, so wird auch direkt neben dem Hotel (und damit auch direkt neben Pool) direkt gebaut, und das 24/7 im Schichtbetrieb. Die Poolnutzung war dadurch etwas eingeschränkt und die Fenster waren dementsprechend dreckig, allerdings für mich kein Punktabzug, da alles andere hervorragend geklappt hat.
