It was a nice property, Clean, big rooms. My only complaint would be that the shower didn’t drain very well Otherwise, the restaurant was good for a quick meal and everyone was very nice

Staff were lovely and when I found my room was dirty they came to clean straight away. Buffet breakfast is good too. My main issue was location as it is too far out from the central places and taxis can be costly. However, they have other branches at more central locations. Otherwise overall not bad for 3 day stay

Hotel lobby smells great. Nice hotel, spacious room, shuttle bus service pick up drop off for the malls and the property’s private beach affiliates. However, room is left not in the most cleanest situations. Had a room change due to cleanliness, and room not thoroughly cleaned after service. Hotel gives you a call if they see the privacy is on long time. However that can be cumbersome when you had a long flight, is jet leg and just want some sleep. Hence the privacy.

Hotel and staff were very friendly and attentive. Particularly the pool, bar, restaurant and life guards. Housekeeping kept forgetting there were 3 in our room so we had to ask every single day for more cups and towels in our room as they only left 2 of everything! The music around the pool was far too loud. We accept there was building work around but it need not have been so loud. The food was excellent and the room and facilities very nice. The Soluna beach club was poor service and there was no communication that the pick up for the bus back would be at a different location to drop off! The photos of the hotel and pool were misleading as they show soluna as the pool. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were excellent and were exceptionally polite throughout. The hotel is beautiful, the only downside is the noise of the work going on around it, but they do warn you of that. The only other negative for me was the lack of sun on the pool area. However, the link to the beach club was amazing and that place is so cool to visit. Would recommend.

Beautiful and clean new hotel with a modern design. The breakfast area has a very warm and resort feel. Although there was construction all around which took away from the view, but the noise was not bothersome. With traffic it took us about 20-30 minutes to get to major attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina via taxi. The staff is very respectful and helpful. We felt very safe and well taken care of our entire stay. Thank you!

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely luxurious! Very friendly staff and always so helpful. Great area to go to evening walks after indulging in too much food. Me and my partner would definitely return!

Very nice property a very cleans that is very friendly. Offer a shuttle to the city. Very convenient. Free parking as well which is very convenient. The food is very much so overpriced so save your money there at the restaurants very ridiculously overpriced. Overall it was a good experience.

I had a wonderful stay during this past weekend. It was a solo trip so I wanted to be in a place that I felt was comfortable. The hotel is very modern - it seems to be recently constructed. All the amenities seemed brand new which I appreciated. I enjoyed excellent room service from folks like Livingstone, and Nicole at the rooftop bar was very attentive. I also loved the fact that they offered a shuttle and complimentary entry to the Soluna Beach Club which I found to be very glamorous. Overall, I had a good stay.

Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. From the plush bedding to the modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. The large windows allowed ample natural light to filter in, further enhancing the sense of serenity. The restaurants, the bar with elite ambiance. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Firstly they upgrade our room..it was my birthday so they left a cute little bday set up for free..this hotel was so clean and smelled wonderful..the staff was very friendly and helpful..the price was excellent and the property is nice and quiet outside of some construction..I would definitely stay again..thank you 😊
