Like - Location is good for food, pharmacy, and grocery shopping. Receptionist Jenny is communicating very well, staff are all friendly they will speak to you about your concerns but due to movement restriction they cannot fix it and cannot do about it. Dislike - Water leaking on the bathroom, bathtub is dirty and so with the kitchenware, and washing machine is leaking. I guess I got the worst room in entire hotel. Tried to ask to change but the hotel is fully booked. Charging me additional charges- first time I encounter in my expedia experience.

From day one electronic key card door lock would not work properly, the staff at hotel would not do anything about it all they did was open the door for me. They need to maintain their equipment better.

Had Roaches, was charged extra on each day of my stay. Expedia offered on you’re web but when I went there was not available. The hotel said that Expedia put the wrong info on there web. Horrible experience.
