The room was really spacious and the hotel was very quite even though it was on a main road. What I didn't like was there were no restaurants and other shops close-by besides the one below the hotem.

The place was horrible. It’s infested with cockroaches to a point I can’t even tell you. Don’t dare turning the lights off cause the cockroaches will chase you away. You definitely need to run away from this place. I didn’t take in consideration the reviews and booked it anyway but regretted it. The worst part is that it’s non reimbursable. The first room I was given on the second floor was unlivable because of the smell of moth balls then I was placed on the 4th Fl that was infested. The smell of curry on the hallway was unbelievable. I kept the room but stayed somewhere else. I highly suggest not staying at this place unless you want to sleep with cockroaches or take them home

Great stay
Stayed at the hotel a few times and will in the future. Some areas are showing its age. Room cleaning guys done a great job. Internet is reliable and apartment well equipped. Check was quick and easy, which was welcome at 3am. Supermarket below the hotel very handy.

Poorly Maintained Property
The Property has an excellent location, but its poorly maintained, with peeled out wall papers, molded bathroom tiles, dusty Ac Vents, cockroaches in the kitchen, 60 plus channels and not even one has a decent English Channel that's the downside of this place. The good thing is its location, staff is attentive. The management needs to seriously look into this issues. Room 515 Nov30-Dec03

Terrible staff. Checkin and check out was so long (for no reason). the Indian lady kept on talking to her family, while i was waiting for checking in. During Check out also, they made me wait for over 20 mins, even though everything was paid for.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and good friendly service. Little noisy during the day as the property is situated on a corner of two main roads. Internet speed is very low. No issues for me as I had ample capacity left on my mobile data but could be a problem for others. Old fridge in the kitchen which I didn’t use anyway. Overall value for money will certainly come back

A Comfortable stay at West Zone Plaza
I have been very impressed with the staff and facilities at West Zone Plaza hotel apartments. They have a nice pool on the roof and this area is kept very clean. House keeping have done a great job and have been friendly. And a special mention to Mercy on reception who has provided a great service and has been a lot of help.

Ok, short stay...
The staff are really helpful and the location is good for the town. The hotel needs an overhaul and is sooooo old. We had to move rooms, then had a leak from the ceiling. The place is clean and that’s good, but the towels need replacing and things are just a little shabby. It’s cheap enough and needs to stay at that price.

アパートメントなので、テレビと大きなクローゼットスペースがあるベッドルーム以外に.テレビとソファとテーブルがある8〜10畳くらいのリビング、洗濯機や冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、4個口のコンロがある6畳ほどのキッチンがありました。ベランダは部屋に沿って3畳分くらいあり、チェアもありました。エアコンの効きはばっちり。バスルームは狭いです。最寄りのメトロ駅ADCBまでは徒歩7〜8分。ホテルスタッフの中でもポーターのクマールさんというおじちゃんは笑顔でとてもフレンドリーでした。
