Firstly, the location of the property is far from ideal. And the property looks run down with the furniture in need of an upgrade. There is no free flow to the lobby and the restaurant area has a disjointed feel to it. I will not be staying there again.

We stayed in a club suite (upgrade 😊 ) and we couldn't have been happier. The suite was large, and very comfortable. access to the Lounge was wonderful. We especially liked the welcome from all the staff we interacted with. Louise on reception, and Bella in the 31st floor lounge were so helpful and friendly. And all the staff in the restaurant (delicious buffet breakfast ) and lobby were very nice. The hotel is walkable to the Marina promenade via a stairway across the street, and then it's easy to walk to the Marina Mall (about 25 mins stroll) . The Metro is about a 15 minute walk and then so convenient to get to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. We found taxis to be very reasonable too. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
