"The hotel is amazing, the rooms were magnificent recently renovated. The buffet was amongst the best. Some areas of improvement would be to add more plants there were some open areas with drying lawn. However it’s still one of the best hotels at JBR. The room design should get an award more value than most especially considering its location and beachfront at JBR Special mention to Naik from the kitchen, The young guy from Nepal at the reception he was so nice and helped me get my Apple Watch back. I really loved that that made a cake for us to say goodbye and those 2 ladies were also nice can’t remember their names but one had a light blue dress and manned the breakfast reception. "

"Not a high rise building which meant every facility was nearby our room and was easy to get to. Although the hotel rooms were slightly outdated, it will not prevent my return next year."

"Perfect hotel"

"As a family of 5 we had the best week at The Westin. Our rooms were connecting family rooms on the ground floor opposite the pool. The rooms were modern, very big and very clean. We ate most evenings in Minas buffet restaurant. The food was different each night and really really good! Kids food was also great. Service in the restaurant and the housekeeping were excellent. Pool areas are lovely. Only irritation was that you had to pay extra for use of the pool cabanas, which is frustrating if there are no shaded beds left especially with young children. The kids pool and the water park are absolutely brilliant for younger children. Overall fantastic hotel and would I definitely recommend. "
