It’s three days that Expedia’s customer support team are trying to contact them, without success.
If you don’t encounter issues like mine, the place is fine, but if anything happens, they seem to be not trained to fix things quickly and in general terms, they admitted part of the building is a bit “problematic” when it comes to hot water.
