Would have given 11/10, but holding back due to issue with the safe / locker in the room. We checked-in to the hotel early evening, but the safe in the room remained in locked condition and could not be fixed due to non availability of the right hands. Otherwise everything was just perfect and the staff were all very caring and nice.

Location is around 20-25 mins walk from most of attractions. Bar in the hotel is great but food options are better outside. Room was very clean ans staff is very friendly. We had another hotel booked for 1 night before we fly back home bit we cancelled that one and stayed here for another night.

The hotel shares the facilities with a pub, which is a great place to have breakfast (especially due to the free refills for hot drinks!). However, if your room faces any of the pub areas, it may be a bit noisy. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is complimentary water every day, and also complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits. I was surprised to not find a hanger for the hand towel in the bathroom. I also found that housekeeping will change your towels every day, whether you leave them on the floor or not. Reception desk staff are very friendly and helpful! Particularly a young lady and young man who were there when I checked in, and then again the next day. Guests should be informed that they need to look for the entrance that says HOTEL when they are arriving on the first day. Also, know that you need your key card to move around the building. Wonderful access to public transportation, even bus 16 to go to/from the airport (stops only a block away). All in all, great hotel! Would definitely stay there again!
