The hotel was nice but we did not feel it was in a safe area. Overall Dublin did not feel as though it was a safe area so it was just not near the hotel.

Booked this last minute for a shopping trip in Dublin! Very impressed, very comfortable clean hotel! Room was missing towels for 1 of our guests and the reception team dealt with it and delivered the towels promptly. Offered a very good price for our stay and definitely provided great value for money for a hotel in the centre of Dublin!

Rudest staff, unwelcome as a disabled person
As someone with a service dog, I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel. I let the hotel know prior I had him with me, but was questioned by every single member of staff. The security guard working at night was horrible. I was by myself out in the cold with my dog and trying to get in the building, he was smirking at me walking so slowly towards me to let me in because the doors weren’t working. When he finally let me in, he aggressively asked me what room I was staying in which made me feel so uncomfortable. When my friends showed up he did the exact same thing, and accused me of sneaking them in despite paying for 5 guests. Also the parking isn’t on site, it’s about 3 blocks away, and didn’t tell me I could go back and park after midnight. Had to park on the street. When I got up at 6:30 to pay for the park, the clerk at the desk came up to me and started questioning me AGAIN about my service animal. He made me again feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Pretty much all the staff I interacted with were rude.

Room was nice. Wife's Birthday, payed 20 euros for special occasions package, didn't get banner or baloons which was part of the package, no reason given. Also ordered 3 course meal on 25th had to fight with fruit flies when eating, not happy with how my wife special day when at hotel.
