Satisfactory but not check in

We reserved two apartments, one is two bed rooms with twin beds each and the other was studio. But they assigned us two bed rooms with duble beds. So one person should sleep in sofa bed. They did not let me us how to check in (there is no reception desk in this apartment ), and thus we have to make a phone call and wait the staff. I hope they should send the customer a message how to check in before arrival. Other things was very satisfactory, eg space, location, clean, price abd so on.

Great apartment in Fantastic location

Pavilion View are great apartments in a fantastic location. Pet friendly as well which is such a bonus for our family. Key collection was simple and fast, check out was easy too. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Bathrooms are really nice and luxurious. As for the area, it was full of great restaurants and shops and a very leisurely walk to the city centre. Parking in that area was also a real bonus. We will be back with our poodle and child - can’t wait and Thanks for such a great service.

Great location. Very comfortable. Good teception on atrival - friendly, helpful and welcoming. Water leakage problem in first apartment we were shown. In the second apartment the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Blinds on windows fell off their fittings very easily!
