Clean, good safe area. Great breakfast. Close to so much. Nice area to walk. Bus hop on hop off right outside the door. New building. I would definitely stay here again. Good price.
Highly recommend this hotel. Each and every staff member greeted us daily, the room was extremely spacious and clean and, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Added bonus the Go Dublin Hop on Hop off stop is literally just outside the front door and you are steps away from one of the newest distilleries in the city. We used the Go Dublin Express Airport Shuttle to get two/from the airport. Close stops to the hotel and easy to locate.
Very disappointing experience with this hotel. Their policies were not clear as we booked a family quad room and were denied that room, leaving our party to book another room within the hotel at a much lower rate than we had originally paid. We approached the staff about this discrepancy and they were unwilling make any changes to our current reservation. The rooms themselves were slightly dirty (there was a bottle left under the nightstand), and the location was just fine.
We had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. The is a bus stop outside the hotel where you can catch any three of the hop on hop off bus companies. There is also a local bus stop not far away.
The building is newly constructed in a an area that have been recently developed. It has a bar and restaurant downstairs. There was also some lounge seating area to sit and enjoy a drink or takeaway. The room was modern clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay.
A good continental buffet selection with a cooked buffet style breakfast as option.
There is air conditioning in the rooms but there is no bar fridge as this is not commonly included in UK and Ireland hotel rooms, so it's best not to expect one.
A Tesco Express supermarket is just around the corner, which was very convenient.
Overall, we felt the property offered good value for money in a convenient location. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Excellent hotel in a quiet are but close by to all Dublin has to offer. Special mention to Alex and Kelvin who made our stay extra special - they are a really great asset to the Hotel. Rooms was really comfortable and breakfast was lovely and it was available until 11am which meant we were not in any rush. I would stay here again without any hesitation.
I liked the beds and the showers. Great place to lie down after walking the city. Everything was very close. The food we had for dinner was excellent, but we didn’t have the breakfast. Looked good though. Staff was helpful. Hotel was very quiet.

Room was clean, breakfast standard and location 15-20 minutes from the city centre, including Temple Bar and Dublin Castle. Friendly staff. Overall a positive experience.
Clean and tidy. Great breakfast although the hot buffet was out 10 mins later than advertised which made us sweat a bit as we were pushed for time at checkout. 15 min walk to main areas and 10 mins to Dublin express bus stop.
Overall would recommend. Room was clean but needed better air circulation. There were no windows and it would get warm every night. The location was great for the hop on hop off bus that was right outside. Breakfast was good and very affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
