The hosts are AMAZING, location is perfect, the lodge is clean, lovely and SO enjoyable. Only positive things to say about this INCREDIBLE accommodation. I miss our castle walks and enjoying the wonderful patio at the lodge. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend the lodge to everyone staying in the area or considering the area. Truly a magical escape!

Located in a very quiet residential area, close to Malahide, the airport and reasonably accessible to Dublin. The Lodge has everything for a very comfortable stay for a couple. It is suitable for a full self-catering stay as well as just preparing tea of coffee. Shay was a great host. We had a little trouble locating it, but a quick call to Shay got us straightened out. Would liked to have stayed longer!

What a gorgeous, cozy cottage! It would be rhe perfect place to curl up in for the winter. It's also close to Dublin airport and a relatively easy connection to downtown Dublin with the DART train in Malahide. The owner went out if his way to make our stay comfortable and he welcomed us when we arrived

Great cosy location for exploring Malahide

The Lodge exceeded our expectations, so comfortable and cosy filled with lots of little touches to make the stay really enjoyable - fluffy soft towels, an espresso machine, board games and outdoor patio. Fantastic location less than 5 mins walk from Malahide Castle Gardens. Great cafe approx 3 mins walk for brunch. Lots of lovely restaurants in town for eating out or take away. We loved the lodge as a base for lots of long walks around Malahide. Lodge felt very safe, quiet, clean and modern. Spiral staircase to the bed room added a unique and romantic atmosphere, really enjoyable stay.

This property is perfectly situated just by Mslahide Castle. The welcome received was friendly and informative from Shay and Sandra. They were there if you needed them but gsve you your privscy.. The lodge offered everything you could possibly need. Not suitable for people with mobility issues but this made very clear in the description. Spotlessly clean and well sppointed. Would highly recommend.

Incredible guest house location, in a great neighborhood. In walking distance from the park and the main village. Also close to the train which can take you directly into Dublin. And only about 10-15 minutes to the airport.

The Lodge is quiet and lovely. The owner, Shay, is very friendly and accommodating. The Malahide area is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
