Customer service is exceptional. When we checked in, we had a second floor, and some construction was happening on the floor above. The front desk staff were accommodating and placed us on the fifth floor. We are delighted with the time we spent there. We highly recommend the hotel.

Our family loves the Westbury. It is an amazing property. We did have one glitch upon checkout. Our taxi, which was arranged by the hotel staff did not arrive on time; in fact it was 20 minutes late. It added unnecessary stress as we were headed to the airport for a 6:00 am flight.

The Westbury is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in this grand, lovely world. It has a lot to do with the courtesy of the staff, its convenience to the city Centre, and how the cleaning staff maintains the perfectly kept rooms.
