Nice apartament nearby old city

The location is awesome, just few steps to the old town Dubrovnik. The owner also offered (by payment) suttle from the airport and was very good and on time. If you don’t like to stay somewhere in the high floor without an elevator don’t take it, if you don’t mind I straight recommend.

Central location in Dubrovnik

Good little room had all the essentials. Only problem was the bed sheets were not changed before we arrived and were dirty, we did not sleep in the sheets we slept on top of everything. Only dissapointing thing about the room. Has a safe, kettle, private bathroom and is spacious.

Great Location Enjoyed our stay

Mathew, the owner, went above and beyond to help us with luggage and suggestions regarding where to eat etc. Love the location but a little smaller than we expected. We needed some things like glasses, mugs garbage pail in the bathroom, We would come back - perhaps a larger apartment.

Apartment in old town

Excellent location, I'd like to say a must-location inside old town. Parking is of course - outside old town area, and cheaper if more than 1 ... 2 km from old town. The only disappointment was to wait one hour the apartment owner inside old town with all luggage.

Old penthouse 2 bedroom across street from old cit

We booked late and the owner met us in the old city and took us just outside the gate 100 meters to our 2 bedroom apt across the street from the sea with an amazing view of the old city walls. Our apt was on the top floor, third floor, of a very old building that gave us a fabulous view of the sunrise lit up old walls. Location was quiet and kitchen was fully equipped . Queen bed was very comfortable. Parking on street or In a lot is very expensive ,50 euros, 3 euros/hour.

Excellent city apartment, Dubrovnik.

Great studio apartment within Dubrovnik city walls. Well located for bars, restaurants & transport. Friendly & helpful owners.

Clean, and good location for the price.

Check in was a bit late, and the WiFi didn't work despite us notifying the staff it was out. It was not resolved during our stay. Otherwise it was a decent price and the location is great.

내 생에 최악의 호텔이었다.

여자둘이 여행을 갔는데 복도가 어두워서 넘어졌다. 그래서 방이나 복도불을 켜놓고 다니니 하루에 4번씩 아무도 없는 방에 들어와서 귀신같이 불을끄고나갔다. 5분동안 슈퍼마켓가거나 10분간 빵집을 다녀오느라 방을 비울때에도 집문을 따고 들어온다. 샤워라도 하고 나오다가 마주칠까봐 너무 무서웠다. 소름끼쳤다. 특히나 호텔스닷컴에서 결제가 잘못되었는지 카드가 안된다며 밤 12시에 돈을 달라고 윽박지름. 아침에 호텔스닷컴에 확인을 하고 준다고해도 말이 통하지 않았다. 동양인이라고 도망갈까봐 인종차별을 당한것 같아서 너무 기분이 나빴다. 위치만 좋음. 객실이 더러움. 엄청 시끄러움. 밤이면 펍소리, 낮이면 골목안쪽까지와서 투어설명을한다 특히나 방이 좁다. 두명이서 캐리어를 펼치기도 힘들고 방안에 딱히 앉을 곳이 없어서 침대에서 일어나면 하루종일 서있어야 하는 상황이다. 크로아티아의 많은 숙박을 이용했는데 다들 지도와 대충이라도 설명을 해주는데 지도고 설명이고, 집에 찾아오는 길조차 제대로 설명을 해주지 않았다. 주소를 물어봐도 대꾸가 너무 늦어서 운전을 하다말고 길에다 차를 세우고 기다리다가 밤이 되었다. 주차장 싼곳없으니 알아서 대고 집앞에 와서 전화하라고.... 오는길도 제대로 설명안해줘서 편한길두고 긴 계단을 케리어를 들고 미친듯이 내려갔다. 도착하기 전부터 망설이다가 다른 호텔이 있으면 안가려고까지 했는데 너무 성수기라 방이 없어서 그냥 갔는데 너무 후회했다. 올드타운 안에는 그정도 좋은 위치의 아파트는 널리고 널렸고, 그거보다 더 저렴하고 훨씬 더 넓고 좋은 객실로 이사를 왔는는데 너무 좋다. 여기는 정말 가지말라고 말리고싶다..

住むように泊まる

SOBEなので、ホテルのような快適さ、サービスはありませんが、ピレ門、プラツァ通りからすぐの旧市街の中という立地は非常に便利でした。オーナーは別の所に住んでいるので到着の1時間前に連絡をして下さい、とメールが来ました。電話が無いと大変です。どうしても不安であれば有料ですが送迎を頼んだ方が良いかもしれません。建物入り口の鍵がとても開け辛く、結局一度も開ける事が出来ませんでした。一度は人にやってもらい、他はドアが開けてあったので助かりましたが、夜だったら締め出されてしまったでしょう。最初に部屋を案内してもらう時に、開け方のコツを確認した方が良いかもしれません。部屋はこじんまりとした1ルームで、友人の部屋を留守の間に使わせてもらう、といったカジュアルな雰囲気。タオルはありますが、シャンプー等アメニティはありませんのでご注意。シャワーのお湯は段々ぬるくなるので常時温度調整が必要。2人分には足りないような？冬場は辛いかも。キッチンには一通り食器や調理道具が揃っています（フライ返し、フォークは何故か無い）。正直他では半額くらいで泊まれるくらいの部屋ですが、ドゥブロブニクはホテルが高く、直前の手配だったにしては良い立地と価格で概ね満足しました。

Cute little choice in central Dubrovnik

This is a lovely little apartment in the very best location of Dubrovnik. The rooms are small, but very homey. You will like you are staying with friends in their guest room. The wifi was amazingly fast, but the bathroom didn't have a stand for the shower attachment, which was a bit annoying. Overall, I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

괜찮아요

구시가지안에 있어 밤에도 자주 나가서 두브로브니크의 야경과 밤문화를 즐길수 있어 좋았어요. 필레게이트 입구쪽에 있어서 계단이 없어 좋아요. 그러나 구시가지 숙소라 어쩔수 없는 낡은 느낌...^^;; 가격대비 괜찮아요

Overall quite happy with the room and facilities and was in an excellent location in the old town. One issue is that we only saw the owners the once upon check in and we were left for three days with one roll of toilet paper and had to source our own. A minor worry and an overally great stay.
