Horrible experience. Room was very dirty. Black mold on the wall above the AC. Room smelled like strong urine. The only staff member we spoke with was not pleasant. Stains on furniture. Glad we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room.

I booked a room with 2 queens beds, but they gave me a room with only one. I showed them my reservation and wouldn’t give me a room that I reserved. They also refused to give me a credit for the error. The room had extremely poor air conditioning.

Great rooms, good breakfast. Nice quiet outdoor seating. Staff seems to work with looks of I don't want to be here attitude. We arrived at 2:36 to see if we could check in for 3:00 lady working said I could do it at 3...as we were already in the building I asked to use the restroom and no TP or paper towels. I asked the lady politely and she says oh they are busy cleaning the rooms...I replied so I have to wait...I then see a different worker going to the supply closet and asked him for TP...all this with 90+ weather outside. Also booked 1 night with pay in person option to pay in Cash they would add a $100 deposit...so card it was

There was a melted ice cream sandwich on the heat register. So the house cleaner doesn’t spend much time inspecting/cleanjng. Overall needed a thorough cleaning; it just felt dingy. No hot water for shower at 5:00 am. We checked in at 8:30 pm and left at 5:30 am. It was a cheap place to stop for the night. Would not stay again

Our room was outdated. The bed was not comfortable and the springs underneath the mattress were very noisy. The non-smoking room had a strong cigarette smell and also an old musty smell. One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever experienced.

The room had bugs all over. Furniture consisted of 1 lamp, 2 beds, a very small tv, 1 couch. Clock radio didnt even work. Bathroom was filthy. Tub drain was clogged. Just 2 bars of soap.

This hotel was semi-clean. The bedding seemed clean but my feet stuck to the hard floor. The sofa bed was beyond worn out and some of the kitchen cupboards were broken.
