"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "We had an overnight stop at this hotel because we couldnt find accommodation closer to the NC 500 due to inflated cost/availability. The Alnaharra Hotel was very nicely situated although it was well off the beaten track for us. We had the Teal & Blue bedroom which was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was extra, but very nice when it eventually arrived having waited an hour for it to be served. I think maybe the hotel was short staffed."
