"A very quiet and private place to stay, especially as there arenโt many other options or facilities nearby. Youโll mainly need to rely on the hotelโs own restaurant, but luckily the dinner was very good and we really enjoyed it. The staff were also friendly and helpful. A great choice if youโre looking for somewhere peaceful and away from the crowds."

"This is a perfect place to stay overnight during the NC500 trip. Got all the amenities you need, room is nice and big with a kitchenette included. There's a restaurant next to it too. The best thing was you wake up to a lake right in front of the building."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Richard and Fiona, the husband and wife team at the helm, were so helpful and professional. The venue is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Attention to detail is extremely high and we felt very comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend eating there. The breakfasts are well prepared and freshly cooked and the choice of evening dishes is ample. Fiona does a magnificent job in producing fresh, well prepared dishes and Richard serves patrons very well in the restaurant and bar i would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the establishment it to others."

"Lovely friendly people, comfortable room and great food. If you are staying in one of the attic rooms, just be aware that the shower may be hand held as there isn't room for a normal shower due to the slope of the roof. Great view of the castle though!"
