They didn’t give us free breakfast as stated in the booking. We had to ask them and show the proof in order for them to give us the tickets. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.

Absolutely loved my stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! The downtown location is perfect—close to the Canton Fair complex, yet quiet and comfortable for family time. The hotel has a stylish, modern design that really stands out. The front desk team was incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, and the thoughtful service throughout made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to staying here again on our next Canton Fair trip. Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. I was really satisfied with my stay at Lavande Hotel (Dongxiaonan Branch). The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, cozy and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well all night. The smart curtains and lighting control were very convenient, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was sufficient. The front desk staff were polite and professional, providing thoughtful but unobtrusive service. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
