Very clean property, reasonable rates, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast of waffles, eggs, potatoes and bacon or sausage. There is no elevator, so ask for first floor if needed. Staff were very accommodating. Would stay here again.

My great grandson love the swimming pool and hot tub! And the breakfast selections, especially the waffles. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and just right. The staff were always courteous and helpful. The location was good. Next time I’ll ask to have a view of the graveyard as that would’ve been interesting and a little quieter than being on the roadside. Five stars all the way.

Was camping but storms pushed us inside. Duluth area is usually ridiculously expensive for crappy rooms but I was shocked paying only $120 for a room and the staff and amenities were awesome !! Couldn’t hear any hall sounds or other issues I’ve had staying in Duluth. Breakfast was delicious will be staying here from now on !!

The staff very nice. We had no problems check in was fast and easy. We had a few issues with our bathroom and the lady behind the counter was very nice even though we had interrupted her eating multiple times. In the morning the breakfast person was very busy making sure everything was full and the garbage was empty yet she was still smiling and nice.
