"Craig and Paul are amazing hosts, we felt weary welcome and looked after. Dinner was incredible and we would highly recommend it! The view is stunning. We will definitely be back!"

"Very disappointed with this stay and would not return.
The property advertised staffed reception from 2pm onwards and optional contactless check-in/check-out. We arrived around 4:45pm and reception was unattended, with no contactless check-in available. I instead had to call a phone number taped to the reception door for someone to attend.
The room also did not match the listing in several significant ways. The “king room” was not a true king bed but two single beds pushed together. The room advertised a balcony, however the room provided was ground floor with only a sliding glass door. Mobile key entry was advertised but a physical key was provided instead.
The room itself was poorly maintained. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, there was only a top sheet on the bed with no quilt or blankets, and the bathroom appeared to have black mould issues with an old mouldy shower curtain instead of the glass screen shown in photos. The shower plumbing made loud banging noises and the hot water became dangerously hot almost immediately.
The fridge was switched off, unstable, and had damaged seals. The TV was very slow and did not include the advertised premium channels. The room was also clearly not soundproof as advertised, as noise from nearby guests could easily be heard throughout the night.
Overall, the room did not match the advertised listing and raised genuine cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns."
"We didn’t use the pool
The room was clean but the sound on the tv in the bedroom would go loud then soft and the one blanket that we had to use because we were cold could have been in use since world war 2. It was hard! the chairs on the verandah were unusable. Big splits right down the middle. Wouldn’t go to Mantra again."
"Great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants, public transport. Lovely pools and spa. Apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again."
"Good location, comfortable beds, good aircon. Those were the only positive things about this hotel.
This hotel didn't meet minimum standards of being able to actually sleep. Saturday night there was a raging party in a nearby room from 9:30pm to midnight, this included screaming, yelling, karaoke, and loud music. We were honestly too tired to think about calling reception with the hope and expectation that someone on staff would have heard the noise and did something about it. Same again Sunday night except it started at 11pm and ended past 2am. This time we ended up calling reception 3 separate times to get it resolved eventually.
The room is badly designed and fitted out. The window from the room to the bathroom is just weird and when someone gets up in the middle of the night the light wakes everyone up. The block out blinds are useless as they let in plenty of light around it (whatever happened to just using some nice curtains?). There is no table or desk in the room leaving you no where to put things down. To use the kettle you need to put it in the corner of the room on the floor or unplug the TV and put it on the TV cabinet. The toilet button is hard to flush and door can't close.
The parking situation is just confusing with numerous sections labeled however with some garage doors left up, the signage disappears. There are little sparrows everywhere so your car gets covered in bird poop.
The thumping dryer from next door is heard and felt through the walls. "
"Manager and Reception staff were very attentive and informative with our queries during our back to back stays.
Both of our 1 bedroom apartments were exceptional.
