"The staff at this hotel were very helpful and uber nice. I was very impressed with all of them. Especially how sincere and willing to help solve the issue with me leaving my favorite raincoat on the city link bus. He immediately took action, and also set up a snack for us to take to our early morning flight. The rooms were nice, and clean. However , my only complaint is the the pillows and bed were so comfy. Everything else… spectacular!"

"This is a lovely hotel, feels modern inside. Staff were super welcoming and accommodating. Hotel rooms are nice, but the layouts are a bit odd and mean the space in the room is a bit off. It didn’t put us off at all, but worth mentioning to future guests. We used the facilities (sauna, steam room, pool) and were impressed by them, super clean and lovely to use. The pub next door is nice for a drink, and we didn’t really get disturbed by any noise! Super hospitable and enjoyed the location, even managed to get in a run down the river which was lovely."
