Staff all super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, coming from Plymouth an 8 hour drive we were gutted to have to leave a day early to get home before the snow and ice warnings kicked in! Will definitely be back again "

"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"
