The hotel exceeded expectations, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms fantastic, spa amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. I struggled to find the gardens it mentioned on website plus I think it's ridiculous you can't as a resident use the pool. I'd booked for two treatments and got to use the thermal suite but an additional €25 each to use the pool on our 1st day is ridiculous. Also food on first night wasn't great how do you get a Caesar salad wrong. Plate of lettuce and a tiny bit of chicken smothered in dressing. Really wasn't nice. Rooms very comfortable but fridge has to be turned off at wall because of the noise. Slept well after we did this. Also only bar open on Monday and Tuesday. This should be stated when booking.

The only redeeming quality was the thermal spa. The room had bugs in it. The property had litter on the walking paths. The staff was not great at the Terrace eatery. The food was just okay. Would not recommend

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It also had a large bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Lovely fluffy towels. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower and this was rectified immediately. There was nothing i did not like about this hotel, highly recommended.

Disappointed by the Linen

We stayed for 1 day for a wedding, room was basic. Had adjoining doors, didn’t like that. One complaint, the linen was not to standard. One hand towel had a black mark, pillow cases had black mark.
