Food server at breakfast was very friendly. Same with check-in Monday night. very good breakfast buffet. Also liked having a housekeeping visit in middle of my stay. Most places have given up on that.

Checked in easily. Very clean in lobby, elevator, hallways and room. Couldn’t hear neighbors or other guests. The only thing I did not like was the entrance off of HWY81. Difficult to find entrance and had to pull into Applebees parking lot.

The bed was not comfortable. But I ADORED the staff. Best happy people and went above I look for breakfast items, there is no real butter and needs better coffee cream options. I visit Duncan once a month every other month.
