"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"The hosts were expecting pleasant caring and fantastic service, very professional but made sure I was okay with everything. "Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. "This was our second stay this year. We didn’t hesitate to go back. At check-in, Donnae remembered us and even gave us an upgraded room. After checking us in, she walked us to our room making us feel welcome and completely at home. Then, of course, we made our way down to the pool bar where Shevaughn and Travis remembered us as well. Those two really know how to make a good time as well as being prompt with service. I highly recommend this resort. We may very well go a third time before the year’s end."
