"We really enjoyed our time here. The resort had many amenities, restaurants, shops onsite and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. People were constantly cleaning the ground areas. Our room was great and clean. It is humid there so there was a bit of a smell to the room. The food was delicious and we loved that the resort was all inclusive and absolutely beautiful. It was a tropical paradise. We just wished for more reggae music!! "

"Great property, clean staff was always helpful and attentive. This being adults only I legitimately forgot children existed for a few days - and can’t say I was mad at that lol. Lots of daily and night time activities/events if that’s what you’re looking for beach was well kept as well and not sure if we were lucky but zero sargassum to disrupt the vibes. Food was OK not Great, drinks were really good especially at the lobby bar in the evening - 10/10 fully recommend. "

"Our recent stay at Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, was absolutely beautiful. The resort is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the airport. We booked round-trip transportation in advance, and the service was smooth and reliable. The resort itself is breathtaking. The grounds are immaculately kept—huge kudos to the landscaping and maintenance crew. The food and drinks were fantastic! We especially loved the different outdoor food stations scattered throughout the property—ice cream, smoothies, and grilling stations made it fun and super convenient for guests to grab a bite while enjoying the resort. Room cleanliness was just okay. While the basics were covered, the curtains definitely need some attention—they should be washed or treated. That would make a big difference. As for the staff, not everyone was friendly, but there were a few who went out of their way to smile and greet us. The entertainment team, on the other hand, was amazing—especially Crazy Legs! His energy and vibe made the experience extra fun. On our final evening, we had a romantic dinner on the beach, and it was truly special. Holly made the evening unforgettable—she even came to our room to personally escort my husband and me to our beautifully set table on the beach. Overall, the resort has so much to offer and left us with some beautiful memories. With a few small improvements, it could be a perfect getaway spot! "
