"Sheets weren’t cleaned from previous occupants (hair and stains on blankets), very loud/no sound insulation (this wasn’t a big issue for us though, considering the price point), shared bathroom fairly clean other than really gross bathmat (we did not use the shower), really remote area so a little concerned for safety, locks for room doors have codes which probably aren’t changed between visits (we barricaded the door at night - no deadbolts), ID was not checked upon arrival, caution tape on window, AC seemed fine. Hookers in the bar downstairs and loud bar fights. It’s a place to stay if you’re smart about your safety."
"The facility is not as advertised. The room was tiny and felt more like a dorm room. Plain white walls, a high window with a large noisy air conditioning unit in front of it, a bed that needs replacing as it dipped badly into the middle. No bedside table on one side as no space for it. The halls and facility are a labyrinth, very hard to find your way around, lots of walking with heavy luggage to get from the lobby to the room. The corridors were unusually narrow. The place would be scary to get out of in an emergency. It was overpriced, although would have been quite a bit less had we booked directly with the hotel and not through Expedia. If we could have left to find other accommodation without loosing our money we would have left. The place was clean tho. Would not recommend"
"We reached the property around 9:45 00 PM for check-in. During the entire check-in process, the staff member was continuously talking on the phone with someone else, which felt unprofessional and inattentive.
The apartment itself was spacious and had enough furniture, which was good. However, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were ants throughout the apartment, including the kitchen area, bed, and washroom. Since we were traveling with a child, this was especially concerning.
Thankfully, we had brought our own bed sheets and pillow covers with us. Overall, the property has potential because of the spacious rooms, but the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance made the stay uncomfortable."
