"I used this facility for a quick Saturday night stay during the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, Arkansas. Hotels.com said that the hotel was 22 miles from Helena; it was actually 45 miles from Helena. The facility itself was a hotel appended to a large casino; the "hotel-ness" of the hotel was, to put it mildly, overwhelmed by the casino. It was a long walk from the front desk to the elevators and a long walk from the elevators on my level to my room at the end of a very long hall. The halls were clean and well-lit. The room itself was very clean and seemed recently upgraded. (Some reviews led me to worry about this, but there was no problem at all.) The sheets and towels were superb. The hotel and its environs seemed perfectly safe. The wireless internet was non-functioning for the duration of my short stay. So: very good, in general, but with a couple of quirks."
