"The hotel was excellent. From checking in , house keeping and breakfast. Only thing would be the member of staff on Friday morning. It was very busy between 9 and 10 and they were being asked to top up lots of things at the same time. Maybe thier humour but to say we stary serving breakfast at 6 every day insinuating that we could of came earlier wasnt nice to make people feel like they were an inconvenience. This is the only little negative oh and that there was no Nutella lol..definitely will be back and recommending to family and friends "

"A lovely modern clean room, a good size and lots of extras (fridge, iron board, iron, hairdryer etc). A lovely quayside view. Staff friendly and helpful in particular Claire who helped to re-arrange date of stay."

"The staff ignored 21+ phone calls prior to check in and had the audacity to complain. The room had obviously been damaged by water, streaks of brown down the walls, ceiling tiles hanging down in the hallway. Bath spouted more water on the floor than inside the tube, with the lights flickering the whole time. Majority of the staff were rude or barely spoke English. Carpets in the leisure centre held together with tape. Basically a RUINED TRIP. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay in the hotel. There even charge Blue Badge Holders for parking. The Most disgusting place I've ever had the misfortune to stay in "

"Hotel was nice although room (chose a suite) wasn’t up to the standard I expected with a wooden slat broken on bathroom blinds and the blinds being unable to close. The wooden floors were scratched and the carpet didn’t look the cleanest. We were greeted at reception but not the warmest welcome. The guy spoke very little and didn’t seem overly happy in his workplace. The bar area was nice although very expensive! "

"Nice hotel, lovely and clean. Beautiful sea view from our room. Staff very friendly. Plenty of parking. Noise - you can hear everything in the corridor. Doors banging closed was an issue for us, made me jump on many occasions. Apart from this one issue it was a lovely stay. "
