"We loved this hotel. It was close to everything with beautiful views of the marina. We were delayed by 2 days, but my daughter got there on time. The 2 rooms we booked were not in her name but the manager made sure she got in the room and took care of all of the details. When we checked in the manager remembered me and was so welcoming. We loved Jimmy's the restaurant and bar in the hotel. We spent a lot of time there and in the pool and hot tub. It was Spring Break and very busy but our hotel room was always quiet. We will stay here the next time we visit."

"We enjoyed our stay, beach access and pool as you walk out the door! Some amenities were closed still from Hurricanes but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our time….. but sadly and unfortunately we left with bed bug bites and now I’m stressed at home washing my whole house up and down. It’s not something I would have expected from this place that I thought was so clean while we were there! The bites showed up our last day and I did some research and it’s looking like that! Extremely bummed as I am still stress cleaning 12 hours later. "

"This is a high-volume hotel that feels “tired” and overdue for renovation, aside from a few areas like the conference section. The hallways are dim, carpeting is worn, elevator buttons don’t light up, etc. Despite charging a $35 resort fee, if you want to actually "beach it" for a few hours, a beach chair comes with a $29 rental fee. In our room, the outlets were loose and unreliable for charging, and the toilet continued running for a couple of minutes after flushing. There was no hair dryer (we did get one), and the bathroom didn’t feel particularly clean, with a stained vanity. It's overpriced and dated. On the positive side, the gym is bright and well-equipped, though it needs better ventilation —it was uncomfortably hot. The staff, however, were friendly and professional. I'm not a Starbucks fan so I was delighted there was a Dunkin directly across the street that opened at 5:30 am."

"We get there around 4:30 pm and drop our bags off. About an hour later we get a text that there won’t be water from 10:30 pm till 2;00 am. We couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. Asked for some sort of reimbursement and they said no. Hot tub wasn’t hot and fridge made noise all night we couldn’t sleep "
