"The Internet was slow as a snail. The tv programs were worthless unless you like infomercials. It was freezing inside and no heater. The lady at the front desk needs some people skills. Maybe smile. No thanks."

"Our original room was uncomfortable and much smaller than expected for my family of 6. Luckily, they were able to upgrade us to the family suite which was much nicer. The rooms were comfortable. My kids were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed for 2 weeks due to it not being up to code. The breakfast was also disappointing, one morning it was only scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Reedsport, but i think we would choose another hotel next time. "

"Staff were very nice, came a long ways from Pullman, WA for spring break with my sister and grandparents. Really hoped the pool was open, it wasn't. The TV stoped working after a while, wifi is excessively slow and inconsistent. Our bathtub was stained badly too. Convinient spot to be, close to food and shops. "

"Shower curtain and rod in the shower need replacement. Told the stuff who are the owner, told us they would pass in on to someone else. They did not take me seriously. I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. My husband had to going to the office and tell them that it needing new battery. Them came and had to jimmey the window to gain entry. It look like they had to do it before screen was bent and the curtains were popped off. Not a warm and comfortable moment for us."

"Good location, ok room. Breakfast was disappointing. No fruit, limited choices. "

"This is a quaint, homey family owned and operated (from what I could tell) motel. It is old, probably from the 60s, but very clean. The curtains looked like they had been carefully sewn most likely by the owner, and installed with nice pull backs. The tile in the bathroom was nicely installed, and the bathroom was very roomy. The sink had some cracks in it, and the toilet seat was worn, but everything was sparkling clean, and smelled clean. The grounds were thoughtfully groomed, and there were subtle decorations that are not present in corporate hotels. I absolutely loved staying here, and it was inexpensive too. I will stay here again whenever I visit Florence. "
