"We stayed in a business suite which was delightful, large, clean, beautifully appointed. There were two big problems: the heat didn't work, and the room was quite cold even in November. In addition, there was only a trickle of hot water! Taking showers was a challenge. For the money, this hotel was worth it, but the experience could have been much better. "

"When I booked the hotel, the description of the location was incorrect. This needs to be corrected as the on-line description stated that the hotel was near the airport and the Mogao Caves, about seven kilometers from the city center. However, the hotel is actually in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent. There was very little English spoken.
