"Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Water for coffee. Feet stuck to floor. Bed was clean and comfortable. Incredibly noisy."

"Breakfast and cocktails in the bar were excellent. The rooms are well appointed. My issue is that there is no room for your toiletries in the bathroom. We moved a table from the living room into the bathroom. The clean towels they store in the shower on the bench. We had to put them on the floor. There are zero hooks for towels and the nice robes they supply. The bathroom needs to be more functional."

"Thr stsff is very friendly abd helpful, room was clean but the beds were some of the least comfortable we've slept on. Mattress was hard as a rock and a big dip in the middle. AC was incredibly loud as well. We were glad it was only for one night. "

"No elevator. Soon as we got into our room I went to the bathroom saw there was dirty towels even the hand towel had been used. The toilet paper holder was broken off and laying in the shelf and toilet paper on the floor. No travel size shampoo like most hotels do. Next day we went to the pool/hot tub it was barley luke warm the pool was warmer than the hot tub it was putting out cold water. Got back in the room requested clean towels they said they were in the dryer and would be sent up soon. 4 hrs later we got towels but all the hot water was out at the hotel. Like all the rooms not just ours. Also breakfast wasn't how it's pictured and there wasn't much to choose from. The housekeeper was nice though. The guy at the front said we'd be getting money back because of the hot water issue and have yet to still get any type of refund. I definitely do not recommend. "
