"You might as well go somewhere cheaper where you can actually use some of the amenities. What’s the point of being the most expensive hotel if you get absolutely nothing for it? I knew there was no breakfast whatever but now they don’t include more than a couple water park passes per room and you have to pay EVERY day now instead of once for the whole stay. Also no more zip line passes either. It’s just an extremely expensive and overrated hotel now. Stay somewhere else with a pool and free breakfast for cheaper and if you want to go to the water park just to pay for a day. Ridiculous. Will never go back."
"Room was cheap and felt safe staying there, dislikes were the ac is a wall unit set 8 ft over you and you needed to stand on a chair to see and adjust temperature, there weren’t the ideal number of towels but just adequate, a couple of very small bars of soap and a very small bottle of shampoo, a few spiders crawling around, poor continental breakfast but luckily you had a Perkins across the street"
"What a great place! I arrived close to two hours before check-in time and was going to do some paperwork in my vehicle, but I was approached by the the owner who, along with his wife, was doing work on the beautiful landscaping. He asked if I wanted to check in early so that I didn’t have to sit in my vehicle. That’s how my day started and it really only got better from there. The grounds were amazing, the interior was amazing, my room was so clean and so comfortable, the patio off of my room was overlooking it park like view. I actually took pictures and videos to show my wife. The full service breakfast was awesome too. I’m in the area for business multiple times a year and will definitely make this my regular place to stay. I highly recommend."
