Rooms are dirty and have roaches. Lamps and televisions are broken. Requested a refund and was told one would be issued on the “honor system” until Hotels.com staff got involved. Then a refund was issued immediately. Thank you, Hotels.com staff member Amed for stepping in and handling the issue.

We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time

Apartment style room was clean. Came with laundry & dish soap. Didn’t really hear any neighbor noise, parking was a little limited. Overall, great stay for our trip to DC and would definitely stay there again.
