"Like a prison when u come out of room a recorded message says you are on camera , and there was a smell throughout the hotel avoid this gaff and ive stayed in some bad hotels"
"It was a nice place to stay if you’re attending an event. However, the beds were quite squeaky and wobbly. Also, the check-out door was locked, which made it difficult to return the key normally; a key box would be a good idea. Overall, it was relatively quiet, and I appreciated the back entrance for after-hours access."

"Lovely large room on the 2nd floor with a little balcony and huge bed. Extremely comfortable with good facilities and it was nice to have access to the spa. Breakfast was also very nice, with a very good selection and good quality. The hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from tow, so it's in an ideal location with free parking which is always a bonus. Overall a lovely venue for a short break. "

We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW.
If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay.
On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was of an excellent standard, akin with Black Sheep, so well done on that front. My partner’s sausage on sourdough was lovely and I had a light Toast/preserves which was also lovely.
Service was understated but good.
No air con but the fan was surprisingly effective.
