"One star because of the main bed mattress, it was like sleeping on a plank of wood, so hard I could not sleep well, lucklily there was a single bed in the same room, not much better but bearable. Will never stay here again, sleep and bed comfort is one of the most important needs of paying for accommodation, bad nights sleep because the mattress will always result in low star rating. I am sleep deprived. No body at reception when I left, as would have advised of poor mattress then."
