"Room was clean and front desk was able to accommodate extra linens and towels request without issue. The free breakfast was better than expected with something for everyone. The hot tub was great to soak in, but couldn't get the jets to work. Liked how access was till 11pm. They recently switched cable providers and our TV wasnt working when it came time for a movie before bedtime. We called, but there wasnt anyone on site who could help us. We went without; too tored to move rooms. "

"Staff person at the front desk was exceptional!! Very Friendly! Rooms were clean but needed extra supplies as I only had a half of a toilet roll. But room was very nice and comfortable."

"Large, clean room. Pillows were nice and full, unlike most rooms in flint that have flat hella used pillows. "

"Very nice hotel for a family stay. The rooms are nicely appointed and the lobby area provided a very comfortable place for family members to spent time for breakfast and evening cocktails together. This is our second family stay at this hotel."
