This is a great hotel with the standard powdered eggs breakfast. That is the only reason I rated it 4 stars. The breakfast could be a little better. The rooms really keep out noise. The beds are comfy. The staff is very friendly and it is in a great location.

we stayed at another La Quita in on our way to Durango its breakfast set up was alot better and a lots better experience - the short fall at Durango was the breakfast - food and such were lacking and not a good experience for us

The property is located in a very convenient location. The room was very nice, breakfast was fine, all in all the hotel is very nice. However, they were struggling with Housekeeping due to a shortage of staff. We understood that they actually borrowed Housekeeping staff from a Sister hotel 120 miles away. We arrived at the hotel around 7 PM and still did not have a clean room until after 8:15. There are a few things in the hotel that need maintenance, but you could tell they were in the process of fixing it.

The check in staff were excellent. I arrived and the soap dispenser at the sink was empty. I asked housekeeping to please fill it. Never did. Had to go into the shower every time I needed soap. Shampoo was low. Ran out of tissue. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning. The room and lobby were clean.

The room was nice! The hot tub didn’t work which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel so that was disappointing. The morning breakfast staff were amazing. Jo made our morning. She was sweet and funny. Overall a great place to stay!

Clean...very quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to many places to eat. Staff seemed helpful and gave advice. Like most hotels, I'd suggest they possibly change up what is offered at breakfast. Think everyone is over the waffles and biscuits & gravy.

The two queen sized rooms are a little snug both room width x room length. The closet at the room door gives you very little room to maneuver. The hotel front desk staff were good, Breakfast was not well tended to. No coffee was refilled even after asking the person responsible for the breakfast food service.
