"The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. "A lovely hotel in the most perfect of areas for exploring everything Durham. A little more tea and little checks of the room would’ve made it super. Only other slight disappointment was only small amounts of fruit at breakfast. Everything else was lovely including staff and general upkeep of hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay"
