Called for the shuttle and they don't run the shuttle on Sunday!!! Consequently, we had to find another means of transportation. Also, the furniture in the room was dilapidated. The only positive was bed was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. "

"This place is so unique and it’s conveniently located downtown. The front desk let us check in an hour early; our room was classy and very clean; it has a nice fitness center and sauna in the basement; and the hotel provided us with a nice welcome card and fruit tray in our room without us asking for this or charging us for it — what a nice touch. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. "

"Breakfast was $20 not even close to worth the price. 8$ a day parking in their own lot was ridiculous "

"The facility was very good. Service was very poor. The desk staff was very poor. She was talking to someone on the phone - about his upcoming stay on SPEAKER. She never looked up as we were checking out. So we just left our keys and left. No complimentary coffee in AM. There was someone sitting in the lobby that morning that just looked up at me and said “The service here is terrible”."
