One of the best hotels around Durres. Nigerian staff member was the best there provided excellent customer service and care. He really made us feel welcome. Other staff still in training it seems as hotel is new.

A disappointed in many aspects...no sleep due to noise in adjoining apartments until 6am very loud rave music. Shower had a minute very low pressure and next ice cold pressure water...many disappointing facts like bathroom door stuck, light falling from ceiling, elevator button down not working, slippering floor tiles at pool, ect

Excellent staff. Mediocre culinary.
Excellent location. Great and friendly staff. New and well maintained facilities. But, food was mediocre. Overall F&B was by far very poor and not Accor standards. Eating exact same food every breakfast was not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.

It was definitely a wonderful stay and overall experience. I stayed with my wife and 1m son for the weekend and everyone made us feel welcome and, went out of their way to accomodate our requests. Start to finish everything was great. Location, hotel design, amenities, cleanliness, etc. Special thanks to Zoran the GM and Marsuela the Housekeeping Manager. Can't wait to be back. This is by far the best in its class in the Albanian Riviera.

Hotel is outside of Durres close to San Pietro beach. The address on the Hotels.com website takes you to a wrong place with Google maps directions.

Heel mooi, schoon hotel. Op loopafstand van een leuk, rustig strand. Wij waren hier van 3 tot 10 mei. Het was jammer dat op dat moment het seizoen nog van start moest gaan en nog niet alles gereed was. Het zwembad bij het hotel was nog niet gevuld, sommige gerechten op de kaart nog niet verkrijgbaar en veel strandtenten in de buurt nog niet of beperkt geopend. Mocht de pret niet drukken, hoor! Personeel was heel vriendelijk, lekker ontbijtbuffet, mooie ruime kamer.

The richness of the meals needs improvement. If you are not going during the peak season, there will be few restaurant options in the surrounding area. At this time, you will need the services provided by the hotel to supplement it.

Ein früher Check-in war leider nicht möglich, obwohl das Hotel nur minimal ausgelastet war. Ein Frühstück wurde uns für 40€/Person(!) angeboten, was fast so teuer war wie der Zimmerpreis/ Nacht inkl. Frühstück. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren, dass an diesem Tag aufgrund der wenigen Gäste sogar nur ein à la carte Frühstück mit sehr limitierter Auswahl angeboten wurde. Am Abreisetag gab ebenfalls nur das eingeschränkte Frühstücksangebot à la carte. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Matten und Geräte waren jedoch nicht gereinigt und schmutzig. Der Innenpool war sehr schön und der Bereich wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Uitstekende ruime en propere kamers. Wij kregen heel veel voor ons geld. Goed bed, mooi interieur, balkon. Ik kan zeggen dat dit een van de beste hotels ooit was waar ik heb verbleven. Ruim welness en spa aanbod zoals massages, sauna, kapper, … helaas verbleven wij er maar 1 nacht, zeker een aanrader voor meerdere nachten. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Je krijgt meer dan waarvoor je betaalt. Het hotel is wel op 40 minuten rijden van Durres zelf gelegen. Bewaakte parking vooraan het hotel.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet super mit sehr viel Auswahl. Danke an die Damen aus dem Housekeeping und die netten Mädels, die im Restaurant arbeiten. Außerhalb des Hotel, des Strandes und des Pools hat man keinerlei Ausgeh Möglichkeiten. Man ist gezwungen, im Hotel Restaurant oder der Beachbar zu essen - was eigentlich kein Problem wäre, wenn die Portionen nicht so extrem klein wären. Ich weiß nicht, welcher erwachsene Mensch mit solch kleinen Portionen Nudeln/Risotto und co satt wird, und wir haben überall auf der Welt bereits in 5-Sterne Häusern gegessen, sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Macht doch lieber das Essen ein paar Euro teurer, aber die Portionen größer, damit man wenigstens satt wird. Als wir am letzten Abend vor Abreise nochmal da gegessen haben, waren die Nudeln außerdem kalt, mein Risotto innerhalb von 2 min aufgegessen. Auf Nachfrage des Kellners haben wir ihm das auch so weiter gegeben, es gab aber keine Reaktion, kein sorry oder sonst was. Außerdem finde ich 14 Euro für eine mini Flasche regionalen Wein aus der minibar total überzogen, aber das ist ein anderes Thema. Es war schön im Mövenpick, aber nicht wert ein weiteres Mal hinzureisen.

Rent og pent, og i og med at hotellet er såpass nytt så er alt veldig fresht. Men her er det en jobb som må gjøres: - Frokostbuffeten er langt i fra fem stjerners - Kun en kaffemaskin i frokostsalen som gjør at man kan stå i opptil ti minutter i kø for en enkel kopp - Tydelig at mange ansatte mangler rutine og serviceevne. Enkelte var veldig service-minded, men opplevde noen episoder som man aldri skulle forvente, uansett antall stjerner på hotelldøra Stedet har kjempepotensial

First of all I would like to say that we enjoyed our stay very much. The whole stuff was friendly and attentive. But I would really like to give some words of consideration. To help to improve. As much was we liked and enjoyed our stay, the Hotel is today in some important aspects severly failing to live up to Mövenpick standard. 1. the Pool area - you really need to fix that. It's on first glance a nice area, but: the pool is hazardous, its functions like fountains are not operating at all, you cannot swim it it. The area is given over to dirt and decay. The staff is mostly busy with drinking and smoking also they are acting rude. Their is no access system in pace other then the rude staff askink rudely for the romm number. The music is simply unaccaptable loud. In fact I was thinking about asking for a refund. 2. Breakfast - overall ok, but please please invest in a decent coffeeemaker and a back up coffeemaker with sufficient capacity - please also start paying attention to details - it is not a big bother, but a nice cup of coffee also deserves a small saucer to go with it. There are other smaller topics but this are really two topics you should focus on. Thanks again for the nice stay. Thomas Mohr
